TrailRidingDays Test Our Enduro Tyres

Tony Williams at Mid-Wales based TrailRidingDays.com is an experienced off-road guide who has tested many different sets of tyres down the years!

When our Kenda enduro range landed in the UK last year, he couldn’t wait to get a set on his CRF250 Rally to see how they performed, and after covering more than 1,000 miles he recently posted his thoughts on them.

Tony tested the K777F enduro front along with the more traditional K778 enduro rear from the range, covering several hundred miles of motorway along with a mix of B-roads, mud, hard-pack tracks and even some snow and ice.

Kenda enduro tyres review

In his review, Tony says:

“I can’t fault this tyre in any sense, it performed well on the highway giving me stability and grip.

Off road – again providing confidence, plenty of grip and showing sure footing and stability. The bead rim saver reduces lower side wall flex and protects the rim against damage. These tyres are more than capable of handling any situation
(impressed me on wet rock).

For my money they are certainly a winner…. Don’t forget bearing in mind my bike, with my fat ar*e sat upon it, is well over 200 kg. It would be interesting to see how long they last on a lighter enduro bike.”
