Last weekend saw Preston Campbell kicking off his D37 Sprint Enduro campaign for 2022 amid the challenging terrain at Cougar Buttes in California’s Johnson Valley.

Organisers set several tests ranging from 5 to 7 miles in length, with riders having to complete each test twice.

Despite recent rains the conditions were ideal for racing, with minimal dust allowing both racers and spectators to keep a close eye on all the action.

Campbell set a blistering pace in the pro class on his Kenda shod CRF450X to win 5 out of the 6 tests while coming away with the overall win in a time of 1:14:15.

Alongside Preston his father and Baja legend Johnny Campbell also topped the 50+ Expert class, while Nolan Cate won the Lightweight Experts to make it three wins for the team on Kenda at the weekend!
