Just last month Kenda announced that Motocross Hall of Famer Jeff Ward would join the team as their latest Brand Ambassador.

Born in Glasgow in 1961, Jeff moved to the USA at the age of 4 years old with his family, and later found fame as one of the stars of the 80s motocross and supercross racing scene.

A 7 time AMA Nationals and Motocross of Nations champion, he was inducted into the AMA Hall of Fame in 1999, and has also enjoyed a successful supermoto and 4-wheel racing career since then.

Now at the age of 59, Jeff recently met up with the team from Kenda Powersports in the USA, and proved that he’s got some serious skills on the MX bike as he indulged in a spot of tyre testing.

Just definitely put his Kawasaki through it’s paces out on track with the help of a set of our Washougal II tyres, with dual compound technology on the rear.
