If you’ve been following some of the recent racing in the USA, you’ll probably have noticed that we have a brand new tyre – the Washougal III!

Used in combination with the new Knarly by Cody Webb to win the Tough Like RORR, the Washougal III is a brand new intermediate option for motocross – although Cody has clearly shown how versatile it can be.

Developed in conjunction with top pro riders at our US technology centre in Ohio, the Washougal III is the first Kenda off-road tyre to feature our Advanced Apex technology which increases lateral response and optimises the stiffness of the carcass.

Engineers have developed a brand new tread design which allows for faster forward roll, increased side bite, and controlled flex without washing out.

The larger footprint offers increased levels of grip in all conditions, while the unique sipe and groove orientation allow for linear cornering characteristics and superb braking control.

The new Washougal III intermediate front tyre in 80/100-21 is set to land in the UK at the end of August, and can now be pre-ordered via your local Kenda dealer.

Please note that unlike all other current 21-inch motocross front tyres from Kenda, it has not been e-marked for road use.
